Swedish financial group Söderberg & Partners has invested in rockwealth — a vote of confidence in the evidence-based approach helping clients across the UK build financial security.
The Financial Conduct Authority has approved the investment from Söderberg & Partners, a Stockholm-based group founded in 2004. With around 5,000 employees across Europe, Söderberg backs advice firms committed to putting clients first.
Joakim Bornold, a spokesman for Söderberg & Partners, explains: "Söderberg has invested in rockwealth because we see a strong cultural alignment and a shared commitment to long-term, client-focused advice. We believe rockwealth is exceptionally well-positioned for the future, and we're genuinely excited about what we can achieve together through this partnership."
An experienced European firm examined what we do — the investment philosophy, the fee structure, the financial planning process — and decided it was worth backing.
Business as usual, only stronger
What does this mean in practice? Your adviser remains your adviser. The evidence-based investment philosophy stays the same. So do the fair, fixed fees.
"We're a strong national firm that continues to offer great local service," says Tim Horrocks, founder and managing partner of rockwealth. "We have a team of experienced financial planners trying to do the right thing for their clients. That's what we've always done, and that's what we'll continue to do."
The investment strengthens the infrastructure behind every rockwealth office — deeper resources, broader support, and a solid foundation for the years ahead.
Helping more people secure their financial future
The partnership enables rockwealth to expand what we already do well: helping people lead the lives they want, secure in the knowledge they won't run out of money.
"We want clients anywhere in the country to access great financial planning advice with fair fees," says Tim. "That's what drives us."
As rockwealth grows, clients benefit. Greater scale means better pricing on investment platforms and fund management — savings that flow straight through to clients.
A growing presence across the UK
rockwealth now operates 14 offices across England, Wales and Scotland: Brighton, Reading, Cambridge, Norwich, Leamington Spa, Cardiff, Leeds, Harrogate, Wharfedale, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Lake District, Cheshire, and the original office in Cheltenham. Several more locations are planned with client assets under advice approaching £1 billion.
Every new office means more people can access financial planning that makes a genuine difference — advice built on evidence, delivered with transparency, and focused on what's right for our clients.
